Why did I choose this major/study programme?

When I was a child I wanted to do a lot of things when I becoming an adult. For example, I wanted to be a veterinary surgeon because I loved, and I love, all kind of animals but I never thought that I don't like see blood because it make me feel in panic. Also, I wanted to be teacher, lawyer and even an astronaunt. 

However I never considered these options when I apply to the university. In these moment I just selected one option because I didn't have another preference. Public Administration was my only option and I was sure I would be selected in this major. 

I choosed this major because I liked its programme and it was very dynamic because it contained a lot of subjects with differents approachs as law, economic, politic science and maths.

When I started the university I felt very strange because everything was new to me, but after the firts months I started to feel more confortable with this new world. My experience has been good, I don't know if it is the best experience of my life because sometimes I felt very stressed but I am happy to be here. 

Finally, when I receive my university degree I would like to work in some institution related with the health, specifically with the mental health. I am very interested in this area and I think this is very important to the community. Help in the creation of public politics related to health would be a pleasure to me.
